Choose the service, project type, timing, ZIP, and describe what you need. Your exact address and contact details stay private from the open contractor marketplace.
Verify the request
We verify the project phone number to reduce fake or accidental requests. No homeowner account is required.
Matching contractors see a preview
Eligible participating contractors can see enough project information to decide whether the work fits their trade, preferences, and service area without seeing your private contact details.
One contractor can obtain the lead
A participating contractor may pay Connect-A-Pro for exclusive access to the lead. After confirmed payment, that contractor receives the contact details needed to discuss the requested project.
Submitting a project does not guarantee that a contractor will purchase or accept it, and Connect-A-Pro does not perform the home-service work.

Review before buying
See the project preview and lead price before checkout. Homeowner contact information remains hidden until payment is confirmed.
Buy the lead, not a percentage of the job
Connect-A-Pro charges for the lead itself. It does not take a percentage of the contractor’s completed job value.
Use the Contact Guarantee process when needed
Qualifying bad-contact refund requests require documented contact attempts and are reviewed under the current refund policy.
